Not at all. OptiCab integrates seamlessly with both iCabbi and Autocab, allowing you to keep your current system while benefiting from enhanced automations and branded communications.

We’re always open to developing custom integrations. With extensive experience working with both Autocab and iCabbi APIs, we can tailor solutions to fit your exact operational needs.

A recent example includes a custom setup where we automatically update the driver notes field with the actual ‘landed’ flight time, pulling live data directly from the FlightRadar24 API. If you’ve got a specific workflow or idea in mind, we’re happy to explore it with you.

After delivering a live demo showcasing the full capabilities of our automation engine and marketing suite, we’ll work with you to identify the specific automations you want implemented and the marketing services you’d like completed.

From there, we’ll provide a clear breakdown of the estimated costs — including any one-time services and scalable automation pricing. Once approved, we’ll begin the integration process.
